Kellee is soon to be a mother of two and loves being a mama. She also loves generating ideas and turning them into projects, businesses and activist actions.  In addition, she is a rapper and singer. Her mom always said "she was singing and dancing before she could talk and walk."

She was drawn to performing hip hop as an outlet for activism as she saw a world that needed to evolve and loved that music could carry a message. After experiencing many life challenges from watching her adoptive mother battle lung cancer, her adoptive father dying, and her birth mother rejecting her attempts at connecting, Kellee also used music as an outlet to share not only the pain, but the healing process and the spiritual growth and knowledge that comes with loss and challenge.  

Most recently her mom and childhood bestie passed away within 14 days of each other and Kellee built the Nest as an answer to all she was feeling through these losses and she is excited to create music and magic at the nest with all her angel guides in toe!  

Kellee has always turned to her goddess friends in circles to deal with depression and anxiety she faced and is extremely passionate about others having this opportunity which also lead to developing the Nest.    

Kellee also started a street team, online marketing, and events company called Nakturnal in 2006, which continued to grow and serve local and national  businesses before Morphing into Nakturnal.org which focuses on growth hacking and SEO marketing.  

Kellee advises various start-up companies and speaks and writes about marketing, music, and entrepreneurship and works with her husband on their venture studio which assists start ups called AikenHouse.com. She is excited to share her knowledge of business and marketing with other nest members as she believes each one has an incredible gift that must be spread far and wide!  

Kellee manages and decorated 4 properties that are Airbnb’s and created a full service music studio at the Nest. Her articles on the Huffington Post about making music affordably and how to make it in the music industry independently continue to be shared daily.  

In her spare time Kellee is a doula and loves attending births and helping mothers. She is a level two Reiki practitioner and has been organizing women's gatherings for support and spiritual growth since 2004.
