Allison is a board certified music therapist and founder of Incadence and Three Rivers Music Therapy. She has experience working with people of all ages and abilities, but is particularly drawn to her work with anxiety, depression and substance use disorders. Born and raised in the Pittsburgh area, Allison felt passionately about increasing access to music therapy services in the region, so Three Rivers Music Therapy was born. She quickly realized there was a huge need for services to reach those in rural communities, those who are unable to come to a therapists office, or those with hectic lives and felt we needed better access. The answer was a video-call based music therapy platform, Incadence. She has seen over 500 individuals so far in her career and hopes to increase that number each and every year. Allison is so thankful for all the individuals who helped her along her journey thus far and hopes to pass it forward by helping other entrepreneurs, innovators and leaders.‍
