Abby is a professional pain relief specialist via hands on work. She has a very packed tool box of techniques ranging from light unwinding to deep trigger point and fascial unwinding. You can work with her for a hour or longer whenever or sign up to be a member. She teaches you how to unlock your body after sessions & in classes on how to help you & your loved ones feel great in private classes and occasionally public workshops under a technique she's coines as Mamoga. Abby is intuitive in her listening and in her bodywork. She is the one you go to process and let go of your bs and transform it into something positive for you to have. She is fun, easy to schedule with, easy going,  full of ideas and loves to collaborate. Whether it's craft night, long walks, tree hugging, fire spinning, cooking a meal together, hosting a series of workshops, shabbat, or you want an endless loving hug.
