Each week we will share more techniques for self care showing the many ways one can incorporate self massage into your yoga practice. We share our full spectrum CBD during the practice for added benefit. We will also share information about the magic of CBD and why it is so effective for so many ailments. Tami has been practicing yoga and massage since 1996. Her transformational and foundational yoga practice is always playful, encouraging you to explore your body, raise your own limitations, and balance your mind, body, spirit and emotional wellbeing through yoga and other holistic practices.Please bring a dish to share and create community as we bond and get to know one another better over a healthy meal following our yoga practice.Coming in 2020!We will continue to meet on Thursdays as we switch gears to a 33 week Kundalini series beginning January 16th. Yogi Bhajan's "Rebirthing" series will help any seeker shatter limiting self beliefs, fear and doubt that is the human condition. Learn that you can move from form to formlessness any time you wish with practice and thus manifest the life you dream of. We only have space for 8 people for this series. We are looking for a core group who will dive in to this body of work with great enthusiasm. It is an honor to share such a powerful body of work from one of the greatest yogi's of all time.
